The salon I had went to cut off about 8 inches of length and a huge section of my hair was missing, Right in front of my face . I had ask for long layers I’m not sure what I got, and the color that’s a whole other story , I had asked for blonde and golden Hi- lites . I left with green,gray and missing sections of hair as well as lines…
